Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old origins. Based on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the wild west in a fantastic game for new players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler vs. the house, not like the majority of other poker games that gamblers compete against other players. By betting against the dealer, beginning players don’t need to fret about any other, more advanced individuals taking their $$$$.
A further Pai Gow benefit is the fairly slow game play, rookies will be able to take their time and strategize without having to make hasty choices.
It is also much simpler to wager on for an extended time with just a small amount of cash after all, to not win, both of your hands has to be under both of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The gambler is given seven cards faces showing and the casino receives seven cards face down.
A 5 card hand and a two card hand need to be put together from the 7 cards, the five card hand has to be better than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be larger than the dealer’s.
