No Charge poker tournaments are daily competitions that happen on most of the best net poker sites. Freerolls are much enjoyed by the poker wagering community as they offer the poker enthusiasts the chance to win some bona fide $$$$$ without squandering any. The entry to these freerolls is – like the name indicates – cost-free and prize $$$$ can vary from a couple of bucks for a placing to a few hundred dollars for capturing the big freeroll holdem poker tournaments.
So why do the poker websites have free tournaments? Is it as a result of their incredibly altruistic character and the reality that they acquire vast amounts of $$$$ so they have a moral obligation to provide a bit of it back?
What do you think!
No of course it is not, the basis that the huge poker sites provide freerolls is to bring in folks to their site.
Here’s the theory in a nutshell – You hear that a poker site has an excellent freeroll, it costs you nada to participate in and you will be able to acquire 100 dollars. You think "excellent!" and you head over to the poker site and get registered as a member so you can participate in the freeroll. You bet and get knocked out quickly and are ticked off mainly because you believe you should have faired better, or you go close to winning and so you’re wanting some more action. What do you do? You wager some cash at the poker room and play another poker match!
Make sure to investigate the freerolls for cash-out stipulations, you will nearly always need to wager on a couple of hands for real money before they let you take the $$$$ out. Often this is on a 1=1 basis, so if you come away with 20 dollars at the no cost poker tournament you will need to have played for twenty dollars in bonafide money in order for you to be able to draw out the money.
